Day 1

11 miles

Before starting our fastpacking adventure we will shuttle our cars to the end of our trail as this is a point-to-point trip, one-way in the Northern Kettle Moraine on the Ice Age Trail.

Then we have an optional climb up an observation tower with views in all directions as far as the eyes can see.  Next we will begin our fastpacking adventure through the forest, through prairies, and past lakes. We will camp at a campground with running water, showers, flush toilets, a lake and beach. 

Day 2

10 miles

We will enjoy breakfast, pack up camp, and continue fastpacking down the Ice Age Trail and through the forest to our cars at the end. Then you are free to explore on your own and begin your drive home feeling accomplished and proud of yourself. :)
